Robert Mochizuki, M.D., has more than 25 years of experience as an orthopedic surgeon, with an impressive resume and education. He graduated Magna Cum Laude from California State University, Fresno as a member of Phi Kappa Phi honor society with a degree in chemistry. From there, Dr. Mochizuki went on to medical school at University of Nebraska, where he was a member of Alpha Omega Alpha, awarded several scholarships, recognized for his excellence in biochemistry, and eventually graduated first in his class. Upon completing medical school, Dr. Mochizuki completed both his internship (straight surgical) and four-year residency (orthopedic surgery) at Stanford University.
In keeping with his practice philosophy, Dr. Mochizuki's education and dedication to his profession have extended far beyond his classrooms. Dr. Mochizuki has remained active in the orthopedic and surgical communities, publishing articles in medical journals and presenting his research and findings to his peers. In turn, Dr. Mochizuki's leadership has been recognized, as he's served at various positions in hospitals, including chairman, vice president and president.
